Strategies to Address the Millennial Gap

Strategies to Address the Millennial Gap

Picture

In 2013, I had the honor of delivering the commencement speech at my alma mater, University of Sioux Falls.  While preparing, I became more aware of the challenges Millennials face in finding their footing in today’s business world. These frustrations were in sharp contrast to the complaining I was hearing from experienced business executives and sales leaders who were struggling to integrate Millennials into their teams successfully.

I became passionate about strategies to address the perceived Millennial gap.

Like it or not, Millennials (ages 18 to 34) will rapidly be transitioning into key leadership and sales roles as Boomers retire. Regardless of my focus, whether it’s working with business owners who are committed to building value in their business; or serving on university boards committed to educating future leaders; or being a mom to three Millennials – it all revolves around Next Generation Leaders.

My passion is to help today’s business leaders successfully transition character-based, value-driven leadership to the Next Generation.

This is where I need your help. I need to choose a title for an upcoming book and initiative.

Here’s a short survey that will only take two minutes to complete. I know your time is valuable. Your input is important to me as my book is written for people like you. Please click on the link below to complete the survey.
