In leadership development, Positive Psychology sets the stage for nurturing hope. Discussions on this topic were a common occurrence when I was studying for my Masters in Transformational Leadership at Bethel University. Positive psychology is a scientific approach that focuses on the positive events and influences in life. It aims to move people who are struggling from merely coping, to thriving. These positive traits include gratitude, resilience, optimism, and hope. The one that has always grabbed my imagination, is hope.
