How might you motivate your millennial salespeople?

Still trying to figure out exactly HOW to motivate your millennial salespeople? We hear sales managers complaining, “I am frustrated about how to understand their motivation so I can get them really engaged. We’ve got to keep focused during these uncertain times, and I need them to bring their bodies and brains to work. What might I do?”

How do I find the time to coach so that they can really “sell” in these crazy times?

Another complaint we hear from sales managers is, “I’m just not sure I have enough time to work one-on-one with these guys.” And I can sympathize. Sales managers have so many hats they need to wear and there are so many different priorities.  Then, they often don’t know exactly where to focus, even if they did have enough time. AND, it’s true –  if we want the results, we need to do the strategically-focused coaching.

How can you be a coach to your Millennials during all this uncertainty?

The statistics are astounding. Millennials, 79% of them say that they want a coach, not a boss. So, the question that I often get is “How can I become the coach my Millennial wants, while still having to track the numbers and get the results?” Well, you can do both!

So, join us, starting April 9th, for the Millennial Sales Growth Webinar. Hunter and I are enthused to share proven, practical insights to get traction with your Millennial sales teams – including those working virtually.
